Wild 'Erbs is a small family owned and operated company in Evergreen, Colorado.
Our logo and company name represent an old cowboy cook, named Wild 'Erb. Our products reflect the smoky, spicy and richly flavorful foods that he would have had with him on a long cattle drive through the SouthWest. Our products are great every day cooking ingredients for every kitchen!
